Lots of South-East Asian nations have good food, many arguably better than Vietnam. Thailand and Malaysia come first to mind. Both have more regional diversity, use a wider array of spices and cooking techniques, have wider and more varied cultural diversity, and have fresher and more varied produce than Vietnam! Seriously?You use the word of variety of dishes,spices and cooking methods of other countries to make a ladder to compare that cuisine’s dishes are better than Vietnamese cuisine? What a poorly understood and naive answer! In fact,Vietnamese cuisine has a variety and sophistication in terms of spices,taste,how to prepare them and how to enjoy them.
